How to Reset Your Extension Switch

Resetting your NOON Extension Dimmer or On/Off Switch will erase all settings including the Bluetooth connection to the NOON Room Director and information pertaining to your light bulbs and light fixtures. Your Extension Switch will need to be set up again.

To Reset your NOON Extension Switch:

1. Make sure the Extension Switch is turned on and installed in the base.
2. Click and hold the Extension Switch for about 10 seconds.
3. The dimmer LED light will start flashing slowly.
4. To confirm the factory reset, double click the Extension switch (you can also press the Dim Down button on the Extension Dimmer Switch).
   • To cancel the factory reset, wait 10 more seconds.

The Extension Switch will reset and restart in setup mode.

Finally, you'll need to remove the switch from your account and then set it up again.
