Troubleshoot Account Verification
When creating a NOON account during setup, you’ll be asked to verify your email address. Look for an email from NOON and tap the link in the email to verify. If you haven’t received an email from NOON, try these troubleshooting steps.
Search your email
- Search your email account for an email from “@noonhome.com."
- Be sure to search in your Spam and Junk folders.
Verify that the your email address is correct
- Open the NOON App.
- On the “Verify your email” screen, make sure the email address displayed has been entered correctly.
- If the email address is correct:
- Tap Resend Email and search your email account again for an email from “@noonhome.com."
- If the email address is incorrect:
- Tap Log Out.
- Create a new NOON account by entering your email address and password.
- Look for an email from NOON and tap the link in the email to verify.
