Invite up to 10 additional users to share control of your NOON Lighting System

Multi-user accounts allow you to invite up to 10 additional users to control your NOON Lighting System. Secondary users will be able to control lights, customize scenes, and modify all home settings.

Note: Secondary users will only have access to the home the invite is sent from. Only share access with users you trust.

How to Invite a Secondary User

1. Open the NOON App and tap in the upper left corner.
2. Tap User Access
3. Tap Add a user
4. Enter and confirm the email address you wish to invite.
5. Send Email.

Accepting an Invite

1. Home invites can be accepted through the invite email. New users will be prompted to create an account when the NOON App opens. Existing users will see an option to accept the invite. 
2. Once the invite is accepted, secondary users will have full access to all light controls and home settings.

How to Remove a User

1. Open the NOON App and tap in the upper left corner.
2. Tap Edit in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Tap and confirm the user remove request.

Q: Can a secondary user invite other users to my home?
A: Yes, all secondary users will have full control of the home including the ability to send additional invites. 

Q: Can a secondary user remove me from my home? 
A: Yes, all secondary users can add or remove other secondary users to the home. 

Q: Are owner location and notifications shared with invited users?
A: No, user locations and notifications are not shared with other users. Each user will manage their own unique notification and location settings and must enable them on their own mobile device. 

Q: Can secondary users use voice control?
A: Yes, secondary users will be able to link their voice control apps to their NOON account. Primary account owner voice controls are not affected.
