The Savant App for iOS requires that the PIN be entered to remove or disable the remote access feature. Currently, if the PIN is not known, remote access cannot be removed or disabled. 

The Savant App for Android does not require the PIN to be known. Under the User Account preferences, click the Remove my Remote PIN.
