If you are working with Customer Support and are asked to upload diagnostics from your Savant Remote, do the following:

  1. Open the Settings screen.
  2. Tap Send Diagnostics.
    Once you tap this link, your Savant Remote uploads diagnostics to Savant Support and displays a checkmark, confirming that the upload has been completed.
