When a new account is created, it is assigned a generic name such as New Admin. To change this generic name to the user’s real name, do the following:
- Launch the Savant App.
- Sign into the new profile.
- Tap Connect.
- Tap the Menu icon () on the Home View.
- Tap the Users icon () in the upper left corner of the screen to open the Profile screen.
- Tap Manage Profile.
- Make the changes you want.
- Tap the user icon and you'll have the option of taking a new photo or selecting a photo from the device on which you are running the Savant App.
- Tap the First Name and Last Name fields to enter a real first name and last name for the profile.
- If you want to enable a Remote PIN, (requiring that a 4-digit PIN is entered before a user can access this profile on a Savant Remote), tap the button labeled Remote Passcode Enabled on iOS or Add My Remote Passcode on Android.
- When you have finished making changes, tap the back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen for iOS or tap Save on Android.
