During setup, Favorites automatically populate based on popular channels in your area unless you edit them. (Note: channels listed may not be part of your Cable/Satellite package.)
 

Editing Existing Favorites

1. Tap the desired cable/satellite service from the carousel located on the bottom of the Home View screen or individual room screen of the Savant App. 
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the star icon to bring up the Favorites screen. 
3. Press and hold on the specific channel tile you would like to change.
4. A pop-up menu will appear with two selections: Edit Favorite and Delete Favorite.
5. Tap Edit Favorite.
6. Edit the channel image by pressing and holding the current icon. (You can choose either an existing photo on your mobile device or take a new photo.)
7. Edit the channel name by tapping it and typing your changes.
8. Edit the corresponding channel number by tapping it and typing your changes.
9. Tap Save when finished.

 
 
 
Adding a New Favorite

1. Tap the desired cable/satellite service from the carousel located on the bottom of the Home View screen or individual room screen in the Savant App. 
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the star icon to bring up the Favorites screen. 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Favorites screen and tap the tile with the + in the center.
4. Select the channel(s) you would like to add as a Favorite. (Channels currently populated on your Favorites screen are already checked.)
5. Tap Done when finished.

 
 
Deleting a Favorite

1. Tap the desired cable/satellite service from the carousel located on the bottom of the Home View screen or individual room screen of the Savant App. 
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the star icon to bring up the Favorites screen. 
3. Press and hold on the specific channel tile you would like to change.
4. A pop-up menu will appear with two selections: Edit Favorite and Delete Favorite.
5. Tap Delete Favorite.

 
I edited my favorites but the changes aren't displaying on my Savant Remote.

Confirm that the user account logged in on the remote is the same one where edits in the Savant App were made. If the account where the edits were made is not the one displayed on the Savant Remote, switch users. 

To switch users on the Savant Remote:

1. Tap the menu icon in the lower left corner of the Devices screen, Scenes screen, or Favorites screen.
2. Tap the profile name at the top of the screen. Your Savant remote logs out of the current user. 
3. Tap the name of the Profile user.
4. If your Savant remote requests a passcode for the profile, enter the passcode on the onscreen keypad.
