Some Savant Homes may contain two or more separate services for cable/satellite; for example, using both Xfinity and DirecTV. The Savant App currently features one group of Favorites. The Favorites will populate based on the cable or satellite provider that was added last. These Favorites will also automatically reorder based on usage, with your most frequently used channels at the top of the list.

If you would like to populate Favorites for your Xfinity service rather than DirecTV, add DirecTV first. Conversely, if you wanted your Favorites to reflect DirecTV channels, you'd need to add Xfinity first. This applies to all cable/satellite providers.
