Authorized Savant Integrators

Please note that this is only for Savant Authorized Integrators. To be eligible for support, Authorized integrators are required to:
- Be associated with an integration company with an account in good standing.
- Have at least one person on their account complete Savant Core Training.
- Have completed the Savant Troubleshooting Certification Course.

If you are not an authorized integrator and need help with Savant or legacy LiteTouch equipment in the field, we recommend looking up an authorized integrator, which can be done here. If you have an urgent request, you can go here to submit a webform, but please keep in mind we must prioritize our authorized integrators first.
If you are a Savant Pro Homeowner in need of support, we recommend reaching out to your integrator directly, or contacting one through the Find an Integrator portal. If you have an urgent request or are unhappy with your integrator, please submit a webform here. Please keep in mind Savant Support's ability to assist with Savant equipment in the field is very limited and generally requires a professional integrator or installer on site.
