  • 30-day return policy applies to Savant products purchased on
  • All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging, and with all accessories to ensure full credit. Savant reserves the right to charge full price for a product not returned within 30 days.
  • Refunds will be credited using the same form of payment originally used for purchase, and will be granted within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the products are not returned within two weeks from receipt of the Return Authorization.
  • The Savant product warranty does not apply to Savant products purchased from an unauthorized seller.
  • The Savant warranty is non-transferrable.
Please note: For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the tracking number to ensure the package arrives at its destination.
